昨日はギターの練習の後、歴代誌第一を読みました。
あかりは、世の中には不公平なことがたくさんあるけれど、
ティモシーさんは、5節が印象に残ったこと、
トマスさんは特に話すことはありませんでしたが、
Yesterday, we read 1 Chronicles after we practiced guitar, so it was around 8:15 pm. The participants were Hiyori, Emiri, Akari, Timothy, Tomas, and Seiyu. Hiyori learned that worldly words create a distance between you and God, and Satan is constantly trying to sway you from God using words of doubt, unbelief, etc. This week, she shared that she practiced singing and playing the guitar. She also shared that she took her finals this week.
Akari learned that there are a lot of unfair things in the world, but God will always do what is right and fair. She also shared that doing God’s will is confidence. This week, she shared that she played pickleball at a park. Emiri was reminded of the importance of being respectful to those sent by God, for example, Pastor, Masami-sensei, and Jun. Regarding her week, she shared that she had tennis practice this week and her poppy seeds started growing.
Timothy shared that verse 5 stood out to him and that from 1 Chronicles 19 he learned about love and empathy. This week, he shared that he started reading a book called Just Mercy for school.
Tomas didn’t have anything to share, but we asked him about Ohio, and he shared that Ohio is better than Los Angeles. I learned about the importance of in-person communication, as I think if David went to talk to Hanun in person, Hanun would have understood him better. I shared that I injured my pinky when playing basketball a few days ago and that it feels better now.
