私たちは午後７時３０分から聖書朗読を始めました。参加者はひより、えみり、あかり、せいや、そしてトーマスでした。
私たちは歴代誌下２９章を読みました。ティモシーは舞台制作の準備期間である「テックウィーク」のため参加できませんでした。
ひよりは、ホシやキッズクラブのような活動を通して神に時間を捧げる前に、まず心を清めることが大切だと学びました。今週のことについては、学期末が近づいているため、期末試験の準備をしていると話してくれました。
えみりは、特に神に物事を捧げるときには、喜んで行う心が重要だと学びました。水曜日には、カリフォルニア工科大学（Caltech）に校外学習に行ったと話してくれました。食事は美味しく、ドローンのシミュレーションを見たそうです。
あかりは、イスラエル王国全体が共に神を礼拝したように、神は全世界の人々が神を礼拝することを望んでいると学びました。彼女は、学校のプロジェクトで忙しいと話してくれました。
トーマスは今日の章について特に話すことはありませんでした。夕食にCluck2Goというお店で食事をしたことと、ティモシーの舞台を観に行く予定だと話してくれました。
私は、悔い改めは心の変化から始まることを学びました。例えば、人を許したくない心から、人を許す心へと変わることです。私は家で「ゴジラ-1.0」という映画を観たと話しました。いい映画でした。
We started reading at 7:30 p.m., and the participants were Hiyori, Emiri, Akari, Seiyu, and Tomas. We read 2 Chronicles 29. Timothy couldn’t join because he has tech week, which is a preparation period for an upcoming stagecraft show.
Hiyori learned that you have to purify your heart before dedicating your time to God through activities like Hoshi and Kids Club. Regarding her week, she shared that she is preparing for her final exams as her semester is almost over.
Emiri learned that having a willing heart is important, especially when dedicating things to God. On Wednesday, she shared that she went on a field trip to Caltech. She said the food there was good and that she watched a drone simulation.
Akari learned that God wants the whole world to worship Him, just as the entire kingdom of Israel worshiped together. She shared that she is busy with multiple school projects.
Tomas didn’t have anything to share about today’s chapter. He shared that he ate at a place called Cluck2Go for dinner today and that he plans to watch Timothy’s play.
I learned that repentance starts with changing your heart—for example, changing from a heart that doesn’t want to forgive to a heart that forgives others. I shared that I watched a movie called Godzilla Minus One at home. It was a good movie.
