Emiri learned we are always given two choices, good or bad, and that we are to use our conscience in those situations. She shared that she participated in a lab activity in her biology class, and she said it was pretty interesting.
Akari learned that the queen in chapter 9 saw God’s glory through Solomon. In the same way, she wants to live in a way where people can see God through her actions. She shared about the expansion of the Metro A line to Pomona and how the expansion makes it easier and faster for her to commute to school.
Tomas learned that it is important to ask God for guidance. He also learned that it is important to stay close to God, as there are negative influences in high school. He shared that he participated in a walk-a-thon at his high school today for his music class. He said it was a fundraiser for his class and that he was to walk a certain number of laps around the school with others.
I learned about the importance of humbling yourself before those who are older than you. The king wasn’t humble enough to listen to the elders, so he decided to ask and listen to his childhood friends. I also learned that you are to ask God first before anyone. I shared that I watched the new Demon Slayer movie in theaters with my mom and sister.
