We read 2 Chronicles 27 & 28 today and we started at 7:30 p.m. The participants were Emiri, Hiyori, Akari, Timothy, Tomas, and Seiyu.
Emiri learned that it is not good to copy other people when they succeed in something. Regarding her week, she shared that on Thursday she helped decorate her high school campus, and the decorations were car-themed. Timothy learned about the importance of being humble and trusting in God in everything you do. Regarding his week, he shared that he had to dress up for Halloween because he lost a bet. Tomas learned not to be influenced by others in high school and to stay on God’s path. Hiyori learned that humans easily fall into Satan’s trap if they don’t seek help from God when they face problems. Akari learned that God is the one who makes judgments and that it isn’t our job to punish or judge others. I learned that consistency is important, as Jotham reigned faithfully for sixteen years under God’s guidance. Afterward, we prayed for tomorrow, for Timothy’s girlfriend, and for Luka’s birthday. Then, we prayed in tongues for several minutes.
